POrders typically ship in 3-5 business days, however during the holiday season you should expect 7-10 business days due to volume. Pre-ordered items ship within 3-5 weeks.
Yes, we ship internationally. Ruby Sampson does not take responsibility for any customs fees associated with the package at the point of pick up.
Yes, at checkout you can choose a 2 day shipping option. This means we will prioritize your order and ship within 72 hours.
We do not deliver locally but should you reside within the DC, Maryland and Virginia area you can select the Free Pick Up option at checkout. You will receive an email within 48 hours disclosing the pick up address.
We’re a small female-owned family business operating in Guyana, South America and the United States. We work with a small network of female artisans in Guyana for capsule collections. 60% of our garment production takes place in the United States. Our Silk Safe Oil Eraser is manufactured in Chicago, Illinois.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase. Should your product not meet your expectations, please reach out to hello@rubysampson.com with subject line RETURN. We will respond within 48 hours with a return label.
