Do you have a storefront?

Ruby Sampson is an ecommerce business. We participate in several festivals and pop up events year round for an in person experience. Subscribe to our newsletter here to stay up to date on upcoming events.

What’s the processing time for my order?

Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days, however during the holiday season you should expect 7-10 business days due to volume.
Pre-ordered items ship within 3-5 weeks.

Due to the impacts of COVID-19 please expect orders to ship within 3-6 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Ruby Sampson does not take responsibility for any customs fees associated with the package at the point of pick up.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes, at checkout you can choose a 2 day shipping option. This means we will prioritize your order and ship within 72 hours.

Do you offer local delivery?

We do not deliver locally but should you reside within the DC, Maryland and Virginia area you can select the Free Pick Up option at checkout. You will receive an email within 48 hours disclosing the pick up address. 

Are these products manufactured in the United States?

We’re a small female-owned family business operating in Guyana, South America and the United States. We work with a small network of female artisans in Guyana for capsule collections. 60% of our garment production takes place in the United States. Our Silk Safe Oil Eraser is manufactured in Chicago, Illinois.

Do you provide tutorials?

Your silk-lined headwrap arrives with an illustrated tutorial inside the packaging sleeve. You can also schedule a personalized tutorial via FaceTime or Skype by emailing hello@rubysampson.com. Please visit our website for video tutorials and our blog for step by step instructions.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase. Should your product not meet your expectations, please reach out to hello@rubysampson.com with subject line RETURN. We will respond within 48 hours with a return label.

How do I clean my silk-lined headwrap?

Your silk-lined headwrap is dry clean and hand wash only. It is not advised to machine wash 100% silk as it degrades the material over time. We developed the Silk Safe Oil Eraser for a powerful, safe clean. Works great on makeup and hair oil stains as well as upholstered items such as throw pillows and arm chairs.
